SECTION 2 - THE SERVICE & AI DISCLAIMER

Nature of Service: DocuAI provides "Documentation-as-Code" services using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze your code and generate documentation.

AI Output: You acknowledge that the output is created by AI, which can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of the generated documentation.

Human Review: It is your sole responsibility to review, verify, and test any documentation or code changes suggested by DocuAI before merging or publishing. You assume all risks associated with the use of the Output.

SECTION 3 - ACCOUNT & GITHUB INTEGRATION

To use DocuAI, you must authenticate via a valid GitHub account. By installing our GitHub App, you grant us permissions to read your code and write to your repositories as described in our documentation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

SECTION 4 - SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Upgrades apply immediately (prorated), while downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current term. No refunds for partial months.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the User Content you submit or expose to us.

License to Us: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access and process your User Content solely to provide the Services.

Ownership of Output: As between you and us, you own the documentation generated by DocuAI for your repositories.

Our IP: The DocuAI platform remains the exclusive property of SimplyCreate.AI UG.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We are not responsible for any downtime, API changes, or data loss caused by GitHub or other third-party services we use to deliver the Service.

SECTION 9 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

"As Is" Service: We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: In no case shall SimplyCreate.AI UG be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any consequential damages, arising from your use of the Service, including any errors in documentation that lead to software bugs or failures.

SECTION 10 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SimplyCreate.AI UG from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the AI-generated output.
